Best Flux API Providers 2026: Prices per Image for Every Model

FLUX.1 schnell, dev, Kontext, FLUX1.1 pro and FLUX.2 prices at BFL, fal, Replicate, Together, DeepInfra, Runware, WaveSpeed and ModelsLab, checked 2026-10.

Last updated

Disclosure: stablediffusionapi.com is operated by the ModelsLab team. We list competitors where they are the better choice, and each price comes from the vendor's own page, linked in the tables.

Short answer (checked 2026-10-02): for the official FLUX pro models, Black Forest Labs’ own API is the reference: $0.04 per FLUX1.1 [pro] image and from $0.03 for FLUX.2 [pro]. For the open FLUX.1 models, Runware publishes the lowest metered prices ($0.0038 per FLUX.1 dev image, versus $0.025 at fal.ai and Replicate), with DeepInfra close behind. fal.ai is the pick for speed and new releases, and ModelsLab is the pick only when you generate tens of thousands of FLUX.1 dev images a month and want one flat $149 price.

Comparison table

Prices are list prices for a 1024x1024 image unless the cell says otherwise. MP = megapixel.

Best for each use case

  • Official FLUX pro and FLUX 3: Black Forest Labs. Most resellers charge the same list price (DeepInfra is cheaper for FLUX.2 [pro] at $0.015), and new models arrive at BFL first.
  • Fastest integration of new closed models: fal.ai.
  • Custom Flux fine-tunes you deploy yourself: Replicate.
  • Cheapest FLUX.1 schnell drafts: Runware, then DeepInfra.
  • Cheapest metered FLUX.1 dev: Runware ($0.0038 per image).
  • Flux and an LLM on one bill: Together AI or DeepInfra.
  • More than about 39,000 FLUX.1 dev images a month at one fixed price: ModelsLab Open Source Unlimited.

Provider notes

Black Forest Labs (official API)

BFL makes FLUX, so its pricing page is the reference: FLUX1.1 [pro] $0.04, Ultra $0.06, Kontext [pro] $0.04, Kontext [max] $0.08, FLUX.2 [pro] from $0.03 per megapixel, FLUX.2 klein 4B from $0.014. FLUX 3 Image costs $0.048 for a 1-megapixel image. Use BFL when you want only Black Forest Labs models and the shortest path to new releases.

fal.ai

fal.ai lists 1,000+ image, video, audio and 3D models and says its inference engine is “up to 10x faster” (vendor claim). Flux prices: schnell $0.003/MP, dev $0.025/MP, FLUX1.1 pro $0.04/MP, Kontext pro $0.04 per image, FLUX.2 pro $0.03 for the first megapixel, FLUX.2 dev $0.012/MP. Some fal pages show a different price in the meta description than in the price box; we used the price box.

Replicate

Replicate prices match fal.ai for FLUX.1: schnell $3 per 1,000 images, dev $0.025, FLUX1.1 pro $0.04, Kontext pro $0.04. Its strength is the community catalogue of Flux fine-tunes and Cog for your own deploys. Cloudflare acquired Replicate on 2025-12-01.

Together AI

Together’s pricing page lists FLUX.2 [dev] at $0.0154 per image, FLUX.2 [pro] at $0.03 and FLUX1.1 [pro] at $0.04 per megapixel. It does not publish FLUX.1 schnell or dev prices. Choose it when the same app also calls open LLMs.

DeepInfra

DeepInfra prices FLUX by size and steps on its pricing page: FLUX-1-schnell $0.0005 x (w/1024) x (h/1024) x steps, so a 4-step 1024x1024 image is $0.002. FLUX-1-dev is $0.009 at 25 steps. It lists FLUX.2 and klein, but no Kontext, and its FLUX.2 [pro] price ($0.015) is half of BFL’s.

Runware

Runware publishes per-image examples: FLUX.1 dev $0.0038 at 1024x1024, FLUX.1 schnell about $0.0018 per megapixel ($0.0013 in its measured example), Kontext [pro] $0.04. Its registry has 400K+ models. It is the low-price pick for metered FLUX.1 schnell and dev.

WaveSpeedAI

WaveSpeed sells FLUX.1 dev at $0.012, Kontext dev at $0.025 and FLUX.2 dev at $0.012 per image. Its prices for pro models match BFL.

ModelsLab

ModelsLab runs FLUX.1 dev, FLUX.1 Kontext dev and FLUX.2 klein 9B on its own GPUs at $0.0047 per image when you use all 10,000 calls of the $47/month Standard plan (it has no metered option without a plan), and FLUX.2 dev at $0.02 per megapixel (pricing, Flux API). On the $149/month Open Source Unlimited plan, the three open models have no per-image charge, with up to 15 parallel generations. That beats Runware’s $0.0038 above about 39,000 images a month, and fal.ai or Replicate’s $0.025 above about 6,000. Where ModelsLab loses: it has no FLUX.1 schnell endpoint, and it resells FLUX pro models above BFL’s price ($0.06 versus $0.04 for FLUX1.1 [pro]). For pro models, go to BFL or a reseller at list price.

How we checked

We read each price from the vendor’s own model or pricing page on 2026-10-02. When a page showed two prices, we used the billing figure in the price box. A price we could not find is marked “not published”. FLUX.2 models are billed by megapixel almost everywhere, so a 2-megapixel image costs more than the number in the table.
