We want you to be satisfied with the Stable Diffusion API. This policy outlines refund eligibility.
Subscription refunds - First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge if no significant API usage has occurred. - Renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid further charges.
Refund process Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including: - Account email - Order/transaction ID - Brief reason for the refund request
We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What is not refundable - DreamBooth training jobs that have started processing. - Pay-as-you-go credits already consumed. - Enterprise plans (governed by separate contract terms).
