Terms governing your use of the Stable Diffusion API service: acceptable use, content rights, billing, refunds, liability, and termination.
By using the Stable Diffusion API ("Service") provided by ModelsLab, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use - Do not use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws. - Do not attempt to overload, abuse, or reverse-engineer the API. - Respect rate limits associated with your plan.
Your content You retain copyright on images you generate. You grant us a limited license to store generated images for the retention period for the purpose of providing the Service.
Subscription and billing - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from the dashboard. - Refunds follow the refund policy. - We may change prices with 30 days advance notice for existing subscribers.
Service availability We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where contractually agreed (Enterprise plans).
Liability The Service is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ModelsLab is incorporated.
